We all agree that future is hard to predict in the world of increasing change. More and more companies have therefore given up the thought to create long term plans to which at every cost to cling on. Instead words like flexibility and freedom to act are in focus. To identify strategic threats that might reduce the freedom to act is vital for the company's positive development.

Svensk Affärsanalys AB is a licensed user of a unique product for identifying and evaluating strategic threats. The name of the method is RealBiz and it has been practised on over 1000 companies. Among our references are enterprises such as ABB, Cementa, Sandvik, Telia and Volvo.

The process, where for example the management team is gathered, is done during a day with some additional hours of preparing work. After some days we can present a report that shows the company's business position, i.e. its strategic strengths as well as potential threats. Besides that this report can become a foundation for an important action plan and risk management, the process itself is very interesting and creates a precious common view on both the company's activities and its trade.

Evolutive AB owns 25% of Svensk Affärsanalys AB and is responsible for marketing and analysis activities in the west of Sweden.
